Welcome to Katie Wagner Creative Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and content. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site and services.

Services Offered

We provide creative services including (but not limited to):

• Branding & design

• Photography & videography

• Website design and support

• Content creation

• Strategy sessions and consulting

All services are subject to availability and may be booked through our website, email, or in writing.

Booking & Payment Terms

• Bookings are confirmed once a signed agreement and any required deposit or payment are received.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

• Remaining balances are due as specified in your project proposal or contract.

• Late payments may incur fees or delays in project delivery.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up. You may cancel or reschedule your session or project with as much notice as possible unless already in progress. Please note:

• Cancellations with insufficient notice may result in forfeiting your deposit.

• Reschedules are subject to availability.

• Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may incur additional fees.

Refer to your signed agreement for specifics related to your project.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Designs, websites, photographs, and video content remain the intellectual property of Katie Wagner Creative Studio until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal or business use, as agreed in your contract.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or alter final work without written permission.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Use of Images (Including Minors)

We may use images from sessions—including photographs of children—in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials only if we have obtained signed consent from the client or parent/legal guardian.

Clients may revoke permission at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, we will remove the content within a reasonable timeframe.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials in a timely manner

• Communicate clearly throughout the process

• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

• Ensure any necessary permissions or releases (e.g., for property, additional participants) are obtained

Turnaround & Revisions

• Standard turnaround times vary based on the scope of service and will be outlined in your project agreement.

• Design and content packages include a set number of revisions unless stated otherwise.

• Additional revisions may incur an additional hourly fee.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services

• Delays caused by client inaction, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, equipment failure, weather)

• Loss or corruption of digital files; while we take precautions, we recommend clients back up all final deliverables.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

Website Use & Content

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Katie Wagner Creative Studio and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Copy or redistribute any content from this site

Changes to Terms
